We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel had an amazing vibe, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The highlight was visiting the Shaw Center for some engaging art and live performances. Our kids, ages 3 and 5, were mesmerized by the art installations. The room was spacious and the amenities were perfect for a family.
My kids wished there was a pool to splash around in during our downtime.

We visited the Shaw Center for some amazing art and spent an evening at the nearby casino, having so much fun. The clean rooms and friendly vibe made our stay even better. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway!
One downside was the valet service. We waited a while for someone to take our car, which was frustrating when we had places to be.

I had a lovely time at this beautiful hotel during my trip. The room was clean, and the staff were genuinely nice and accommodating, especially the valet who provided helpful tips. The decor was stunning, and I really enjoyed the restaurant's delicious breakfast. However, the valet service could use some improvement as we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our car.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff were incredibly welcoming throughout our visit. The culinary experience was a highlight, especially the Belgian waffles for breakfast, paired with delightful live music on Friday night. However, the room had a semi-open bathroom layout that felt a bit odd, and the cleaning could be improved, as I found traces of dust and a sock left behind. Noise from nearby events disrupted a good night's sleep.

Unique historic vibe with amazing tour
We got a super cool tour from Wild Bill who was full of info about the history of this old bank turned hotel. The murals in the elevator were sweet, and the bar looks like a great hangout. I was bummed there wasn't a pool to cool off in after a long day!

I had a great stay! The room was spacious with a beautiful design and comfy bedding, while the on-site restaurant had an amazing tomato and andouille bisque that surprised me! I did miss having more natural light as my room had no windows, making it feel a bit enclosed, but overall it was a fantastic experience. I'd definitely choose this place again.
